You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items must be returned with their original tags and in their original packaging.

Return Process 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at ola.kids.ola@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. For returns due to customer preferences, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. However, if the return is due to a defective item or an error in the order, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds 

Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method as follows

For credit card payments:

Refunds will be made to the original credit card. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer.

For cash or other payment methods:

Refunds will be transferred to a designated bank account. In this case, you will need to provide your bank account details.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at ola.kids.ola@gmail.com. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that an exchange is possible, we will proceed with the exchange process.

"Non-returnable Items" 

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Sale items are also considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defective products.
